MySQL Connector/ODBC 5.1
Go to http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc/5.1.html and download the latest driver.
I downloaded: mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.6-win32.msi (4.33 mb)
Register an ODBC connection

Click Start -> Admin Tools -> Data Sources (ODBC)

Click the System DNS tab.

Click Add.
The ODBC was successfully tested, but the WebApp still does not connect.
